What is included in the party booking
Your party booking includes 90mins private hire of the Ruckus HQ.
The venue is completely set up with Disco Lights, Smoke Machines and Sound System.
We also provide tables and chairs for the children.
Is there a minimum number of guests for a party booking?
We have a minimum of 10 children per a booking, with a maximum of 25 children.
Is a deposit required when booking a party?
A $100.00 deposit is required to book a party.
We are unable to reserve or hold dates without a deposit.
The deposit is non refundable.
What time can we arrive for our booking?
You will be able to arrive 15 minutes prior to your party start time.
What time will the party finish?
Parties run for 90mins.
We appreciate your cooperation in making sure your party does not run over time as other parties will be booked before/after your booking.
The party finishes at your scheduled finish time guests should be picked up at the scheduled finish time.
Cleaning and pack up will commence at the scheduled finish time of the party.
Do you offer food packages?
We do not provide any catering for booking but you are more than welcome to bring in your own catering and there are no restrictions on what you are able to bring in please just keep in mind that there is no heating or cooling facilities for catering with in the venue.
Can we bring in our own decorations?
Absolutely, you’re welcome to bring your own decorations!
We kindly request that you avoid sticking anything on the walls, as it may damage the paint.
Do we have a designated party host?
A host will only be assigned if a workshop is booked.
There will be a staff member on site for the duration of the party to answer any questions and ensure smooth operations throughout the event.
